Paulie's Calabria
I pride myself on making food dishes that taste good and remind my customers of a time when traditional home cooking brought families and friends together. As long as I can remember, I have aspired to own a family-run Italian restaurant. In October 2005 I realized this dream when I became the sole owner of Calabria II; formerly the sister establishment of the well known Calabria I. We decided to start off simply by bringing our pizza’s into your homes; adding some zest to the original toppings, and creating new toppings such as the spicy barbecue chicken while still keeping traditional pies – like the well loved Margarita with fresh tomatoes, basil, and virgin olive oil. Today, we have expanded the menu to include a delizoso array of dishes and changed our name to “Paulie’s” – a father and son team who will share with you our home style Italian recipes that have been brought down from my grandmother’s kitchen to my mother’s – and now, ultimately to your plates.
